摘要
心肌梗死后心室重构是指急性心肌梗死后心室大小、形态、组织结构及功能状态的改变,是心梗发展为心衰的重要病理生理过程。预防急性心肌梗死后心室重构是心力衰竭防治不容忽视的一个重要环节。最新的研究显示,他汀类药物具有抑制心肌梗死后心室重构,改善左室功能的作用。
