Treatments of Friction in FEM for Metal Forming Processes

摘要 本文论述了采用有限元法对金属塑性加工过程中的工具与金属间的摩擦的处理与求解方法,其中包括了作者近年来在这方面的一些成果。文中对各种方法的优缺点以及今后的发展方向提出了一些看法。 This paper concerns with boundary friction in metal forming proce--sses. It reviews several approaches using FEM to solve this problem.The advantages and disadvantages of each model have been discussed. Afriction layer model is presented in detail.
