摘要
国家信息化发展战略是我国现代化战略的重要组成部分。世界发达国家信息化发展目标更加清晰,正在出现向信息社会转型的趋向;越来越多的发展中国家主动迎接信息化发展带来的新机遇,力争跟上时代潮流。文章全面分析了中国、美国、德国和日本四个国家的信息化战略,对其主要特征进行了剖析,并结合我国的国情,探讨了对我国信息化建设的启示。
The state informatization strategy is an important component of our modernization strategy. The goals of informatization strategies of developed countries are clearer and show the transformation tendency to informatization society. More and more developing countries are active in catching the opportunities brought by informatization development and trying to keep up with the trend of the times. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the different informatization strategies of China, the U. S., Germany and Japan, especially their main characteristics. The paper also probes into the enlightenment according to the situation of China.
