摘要
目的:对比观察新冠心苏合滴丸对垂体后叶素(Pit)或异丙肾上腺素(ISO)导致的实验性急性心肌缺血的作用。方法:分别采用腹腔注射Pit或ISO的方法复制小鼠实验性急性心肌缺血模型,观察各给药组动物心电图的改变及血清中SOD、MDA含量的变化。结果:两种造模方法复制成功后,新冠心苏合滴丸均可不同程度的改善心电图,提高血清SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:新冠心苏合滴丸有对抗Pit或ISO导致的实验性急性心肌缺血作用。
Objective:to observe and compare the effect of Xin Guanxin Suhe Diwan on experimental acute myocardial ischemia induced by Pit or ISO. Methods: model rats with experimental acute myocardial ischemia were made by injecting Pit or ISO into abdominal cavity; cardiogram changes of medicine group, SOD and MDA in serum were observed. Results: both kind models made, Xin Guanxin Suhe Diwan could improve the cardiograms to a certain degree, increase SOD activity, and decrease MDA contents. Conclusion: Xin Guanxin Suhe Diwan can resist experimental acute myocardial ischemia induced by Pit or ISO.
