摘要
智能故障诊断系统作为人工智能技术在故障诊断领域的应用,在实践中取得了较好的成效,同步发电机励磁装置诊断系统是在对励磁单元的结构层次、工作原理及其故障模式、故障机理展开分析和研究的基础上来进行设计的,针对现场实际的需要,对智能故障诊断系统在励磁系统故障诊断的应用技术进行了研究,分析了诊断系统的层次结构和主要组成模块,采用DSP作为控制器件,设计了诊断系统的硬件结构和软件结构,最后讨论了诊断系统的诊断机理和工作流程。
As a kind of applied systems of AI in fault diagnosis, the intelligent fault diagnosis system gets very good effect in practice, the fault diagnosis system for the excitation unit in synchronous generators is designed on the base of analyzing and researching a structure level of the excitation unit, its principle of work, its fault pattern and fault mechanism, in view of the actual need, the application technology of the intelligent fault diagnosis system for the excitation unit is researched, a level structure of this diagnosis system and its main composition module are analyzed, by using a DSP as the control component, the hardware structure and software structure in the diagnosis system are designed, lastly, a diagnosis mechanism applied and its work flow are aslo discussed .
