人类精子一步快速冻贮法的研究 被引量:2

INVESTIGATION OF ONE STEP QUICKLY FREEZING METHOSE FOR STORAGE OF HUMAN SPERM

摘要 自1776年Spallanzani首先发现0℃以下低温可以保存精子活性以来,对人类精液冻贮技术研究,至今已有200多年的历史。1949年甘油保护剂的使用,提高了精子冷冻生存率,促进了冷冻技术的发展。1964年以后,学者们对冷冻保护剂及冷冻降温技术作了大量深入的研究,使精液冷冻技术得到进一步提高和完善。近20年来,国外使用生物冷冻机。 One step quickly freezing method for storage of human sperm with protective agent KS-II is reported here. The survival rates in two groups are; 84.1±10.3% (x±SD n=22) in group A and 84.5±15.7%(n=l9) in group B. There is no apparent difference between the two groups (p>0.05). The method is highly reproducible and much more effective than the directly freezing method for sperm storage used by Stettles (1946) (1), whose survival rate is 10%. Compared with the currently used method for human sperm storage (survival rate ii 60%), our method is the hotter. The establishment of this one step quickly freezing method for human sperm storage means that the re-evaluation of the 'direct liquid nitrogen freezing method for human sperm storage' may be needed.
