摘要
观察给予赤阳子对大鼠红细胞和组织中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性及血清和组织中过氧化脂质（LPO）含量的影响。利用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定SOD；硫代巴比妥酸（TBA）比色法测定LPO含量、结果表明，给赤阳子组SOD活性比对照组有显著提高，而LPO含量显著降低。说明具有一定的抗衰老作用。
Effects of fructus of Pyracantha fortuneana on SOD activity in tissues and red cells and LPO content in tissues and blood of aged rat were studied. Activities of SOD in tissues and red cells were determined by the method of pyrogallic acid autoxidation. Contents of LPO in tissues and blood were determined by the method of thiobarbituric acid colorimetry. Results showed that the activity of SOD in rat tissues and red cells given fructus of P. fortuneana were significantly higher than that of control (P<0. 05,P<0. 01,P<0. 001)and the contents of LPO in rat tissues and blood were significantly lower than that of control (P<0. 05,P<0. 01,P<0. 001). These results demonstrated that fructus of P. fortuneana has certain antisenile effect.
