摘要
从益智仁的丙酮提取物中分得7个化合物，其中一个为新的二芳基庚烷类化合物，通过光谱方法鉴定了其结构，命名为益智新醇（neonootkatol，Ⅶ），其它6个成分为杨芽黄素（tec－tochrysin，Ⅱ），益智酮甲（yakuchinoneA，Ⅳ），益智酮乙（yakuchinoneB，Ⅴ）和诺卡酮（nootka－tone，Ⅵ），β-谷自醇（Ⅰ），胡萝卜甙（Ⅲ），后2者为首次从该植物中分得。
Seven compounds were isolated from acetone extract of the fruit of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. One of them was a new compound with a diphenyl heptane structure named neonootkatol. The other six were identified as β-sitosterol,ducosterol, yakuchinone A, yakuchinone B, tectochrysin and nootkatone.
