摘要
采集726份阴道炎等患者阴道分泌物,分别用生理盐水涂片法、瑞氏染色法、革兰氏染色法、快速染色法(简称CTB染色法)检查滴虫、霉菌及淋菌,其中滴虫检出率分别为10.9%、11.7%、15.2%、15.7%,霉菌检出率分别为11.4%、12.7%、16.4%、17.1%,淋菌检出率分别为0、1.7%、3.4%、3.6%。以CTB染色法的检测效果最好,具有较高的实用价值。
726 samples of vaginal secretion were collected and detected by salt-water method, Wright＇s staining, Gram staining and CTB staining （Fast-Dye method） respectively. The rate of trichomonas is 10.9%, 11.7%, 15.2%, 15.7% respeetively;the rate ofcandidal is 11.4% 12. 7%, 16.4%, 17. 1%, and the rate of gonococci is 0, 1.7%, 3.4%, 3.6 % respectively. CTB staining is the most efficiency method.
