摘要
财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,渗透到企业的各个领域、各个环节中,它直接关系到企业的生存与发展。一个企业从其设立、筹建到运营,以至于以后的合并、终止或破产,都与财务管理有着密切的联系。本文深入地分析了我国中小企业目前所面临财务管理的突出问题,并有针对性地提出了中小企业要树立现代财务管理观念、加强财务信用管理、建立健全内控制度和强化财务风险管理等相应对策。
