摘要
通过对氧氟沙星溶解性、紫外吸收，活性炭对氯氟沙星吸附作用的研究，确定了氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液的处方、制备工艺和质量控制标准，并对其稳定性进行了考察。
According to the study of solubility, UV-absoration of ofloxacin and adsorption of activ carbon. The formula method of preparation and the standard for quality control of ofloxacin and glucose injection was estabished. The stability of ofloxacin and glucose injection was studied primarily.
