摘要
主要介绍我所即将进行"智能化仪器仪表(以下简称仪表)的可靠性技术研究及应用"课题的主要研究内容及技术方案:研究对仪表可靠性设计、分析技术的工程应用软件的实现技术;建立先进的可靠性测试技术和测试平台,为仪表的可靠性研究及应用提供科学的依据和易操作的工具。
In this paper I have the upcoming ＂Intelligent Instrumentation （hereinafter referred Instrumentation） Reh＇ability Technology Research and Application＂ .The main topic as well as the technical programs; Instrument reliability of the study design, Analysis of the engineering application software technology; establish an advanced reliability test technology and testing platform, Instrument reliability of the study and application of science to provide the basis for easy operation of the tool.
