摘要
目的:探讨对不能手术切除的中晚期肝癌行经导管动脉灌注化疗栓塞术(TACE)的治疗效果及其影响因素。方法:对不能手术切除的61例中晚期肝癌患者经TACE治疗后评估疗效。结果:61例患者经TACE治疗后大多数症状改善,生活质量明显提高。结论:对失去手术机会的肝癌患者,在条件允许下,行TACE治疗是行之有效的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect and influence factor of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE） for the patients with middle and advanced stages of liver cancer who were not suitable for operation.Method TACE was performed on 61 patients with middle and advanced stages of liver cancer who were not suitable for operation via femoral artery catheterization with Seldinger＇s technique.Results Most patients＇ symptom and life quality improved after the treatment with TACE.Conclusion The TACE is an effective treatment for those patients who lost the operation chance,if the condition allows.
