摘要
研究设计了由击发器、密闭爆发器、耐高温高频动态压力传感器、比色式红外温度传感器、综合测试仪和计算机构成的一套测试系统,该测试系统能动态快速采集底火爆发瞬间输出产物的温度和压力随时间变化曲线.击发器对不同型号底火赋予相应的初始击发能量.该装置可用于对各类底火发火可靠性和输出能量特征参量进行检测分析,为定量化评价底火质量状况提供了一种手段.经对G型底火在100 ml爆发器内的试验结果表明,该系统测试方法可靠、结果稳定、能够定量反映底火点火能力状态.
This paper designed an integrated pressure and temperature test system for primers composed of a trigger, a closed bomb, a dynamic pressure sensor, a colorimetry infrared temperature sensor, a comprehensive measurement instrument and a computer. The trigger adds relevant energy of initial percussion to the various primers, This equipment may be applied to testing and analyzing the ignition reliability of various primers and the feature parameters of output energy, and provides a technology means for the quantitative test and quality estimation of primers. Experimental results of G -type primer in a lOOml closed bomb show that this system is reliable and can quantitatively reflect primer ignition capability.
