摘要
系统稳定性分析是设计电路拓扑不可或缺的一个环节。以移相全桥电路作为应用分析实例,分别从小信号建模分析、仿真分析以及试验验证3个方面对系统的频率特性曲线进行了绘制。首先在小信号建模和SABER小信号仿真分析的基础上,理论分析了移相全桥的稳定性,最后通过了实验验证,并给出仪器测试的步骤以及测试结果。
The stability test of the circuit is required when designing a circuit topology. The paper analyses the stability of a phaseshifted full-bridge converter upon both theoretic and experimental work. The methods small signal model, simulation analysis, network analyzer are used. Firstly, the DC/DC converter's small signal model is set up to discuss the stability of the converter, and the simulation analysis is given. At last, Agilent 4395A network analyzer is used to check the conclusion.
