摘要
以本实验室制备的一种诱尾蚴剂(XF)为模板、α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体、改性硅胶为交联剂,用常规的本体聚合技术直接合成出粒径在80μm左右的、较均一的分子印迹聚合物。并将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)掺杂后制膜,考察了这种膜的溶胀性以及释放XF的特点。试验证明这种膜的溶胀性在实验温度范围内随温度升高而升高,在30℃时,吸水率达到85%;膜在水中溶胀并漂浮在水的表面,缓慢释放出XF,其效率质量比在8%左右。
A diameter 80μm homogeneous molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was synthesized by bulk polymerization using a new entice cercariae(XF) as template molecule, α-methacrylic acid as functional monomer and reformative silica gel as cross-linker. The film was prepared by adoped MIPs with Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), and researched the swelling property and the character of release XF in the water. The result showed that the swelling property of the film was higher with temperature higher in test temperature, the water absorbability was 85% at 30℃, and it was swelling on the surface of warer and releasing XF slowly, the release efficiency was about 8%.
