摘要
人类赖以生存的生态环境遭到越来越严重的破坏,其原因主要是由于经济、社会发展与环境的关系不协调而引起的,生态环境法制建设已经成为我国法制建设中的一项重要内容,其成效直接影响到人类的生存与发展。加强环境保护法的实施和环境执法能力建设,不仅是我国环境法制建设的一个重要问题,也是世界各国环境法制建设的主要领域。本文阐述了当前环境保护执法工作中存在着问题,分析其原因,以及进一步提出完善环境行政执法难的对策。
The existing problems of current environmental enforcement are elaborated, and reasons are analyzed. The countermeasures to improve the environmental enforcement are put forward.
