摘要
目的探讨Monge病患者血清P53蛋白和Bcl-xL蛋白表达水平变化情况。方法采用ELISA法测定18例Monge病患者及20例长期居住西宁地区健康人(对照组)血清P53蛋白和Bcl-xL蛋白水平,并分析其与血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)浓度和血小板(platelet,PLT)计数之间的相关性。结果Monge病患者血清P53蛋白和Bcl-xL蛋白水平均显著高于西宁健康人(P<0.001),Bcl-xL蛋白水平增加最为显著。血清P53蛋白和Bcl-xL蛋白水平均与Hb浓度呈显著正相关;P53蛋白水平与PLT计数呈负相关,Bcl-xL蛋白水平与PLT计数不存在相关性。结论P53蛋白和Bcl-xL蛋白高表达可能与Monge病的发生发展相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of P53 protein and Bcl - xL protein expression in patients with Monge disease. Methods The levels of serum P53 protein and Bcl-xL protein were determined by ELISA technique in 18 patients with Monge disease and 20 normal subjects (controls), and the relationships were analyzed among the serum levels of P53, Bcl-xL, Hb concentration and PLT count. Results The levels of serum P53 protein and Bcl -xL protein in the 18 patients with Monge disease were significantly higher than that in 20 normal donors (p 〈 0. 001 ). Bcl-xL protein, however, increased more significantly. There was positive correlation be- tween the serum levels of P53 protein or Bcl - xL protein and the Hb concentration. There was negative correlation between the levels of serum P53 protein and the PLT count, but there was not correlation between the levels of serum Bcl - xL protein and PLT count. Conclusion We think that the higher expression levels of P53 protein and Bcl-xL protein may play a role in the pathogenesis of Monge disease.
