摘要 目的更好地推行食品卫生量化分级管理制度,使量化表更加适用,进一步提高监管效能。方法针对本地实际,制定了适用于泰州市大中型超市的食品卫生量化评分表。结果使用该评分表,有效提高了泰州市超市的食品卫生管理水平。结论该表方便、实用、全面和客观公正。量化评分表制定应因地制宜,增强实用性。 Objective To carry out the quantified and classified management systems of food hygiene, make the quantitative evaluation table more applicable and improve the efficiency of supervision. Method According to our local conditions, a quantitative evaluation table for food hygiene, applying to the middle-large sized supermarkets, was established in Taizhou city. Results The levels of the management of food hygiene of supermarket in Taizhou city could be improved with the application of the table. Conclusion The application of the quantitative evaluation table is more convenient, practical, comprehensive, objective and fair to the management of food hygiene in supermarkets.
