摘要
提出了一种基于博弈论的模型,用于分析政府技术采购中政府管理部门与科研单位之间的博弈关系。该方法的主要思路是建立一个技术采购博弈模型,通过计算推导,对政府管理单位的监管和科研单位的违约之间的博弈关系进行了分析和探讨。
The thesis brings out a mode based on game theory, the model analysis the game theory relationship between government management department and research units in the process of purchase. The method firstly sets up a technique purchase model based on game theory, then calculating and deducing, it finally analysis the supervision and disobeying between two aspects.
