摘要
研究职务犯罪心理要素,有助于全面、系统的揭示职务犯罪和提供犯罪预防和控制的对策。职务犯罪心理要素有动力性要素、认知性要素和调节性要素。职务犯罪的心理预防应该从以下几个方面做起:塑造健全、协调的人格,建立心理调节机构,进行心理监测与心理干预,健全自我调控机制。
A study on the criminal psychology by taking advantage of duty is helpful to completely and syste matically disclose the factors of criminal psychology and provides countermeasures in preventing and controlling such crimes. There are three factors, that is, motive factor, cognitive factor and monitor factor. The following methods can be adopted to prevent crimes by taking advantage of duty： cultivating the healthy and harmonious character, establishing mental adjustment mechanism, conducting psychological supervision and interference and perfecting self-control mechanism.
