摘要
结合现场噪声测试结果,分析了蒸汽喷射器噪声的特点。对蒸汽喷射器高噪声产生的原因作了理论上的分析,并采用FLUENT-CFD对蒸汽喷射器流场进行模拟。理论分析与模拟结果指出:由于喷嘴出口处轴线上沿轴线方向和垂直于轴线方向存在很大的速度梯度,产生了很强的四极子声源,从而发射很强的噪声。从降低噪声源入手对蒸汽喷射器的结构形式及结构参数进行降噪优化设计,采用FLUENT-CFD对改进后进行蒸汽喷射器模拟,模拟结果表明改进后的蒸汽喷射器较原蒸汽喷射器具有降噪优势,经现场测试,降低噪声14dB。
Based on the experiments,the characteristics and mechanism of high noise of the steam-jet ejector were analyzed.A commercial CFD scheme FLUENT was used to simulate the supersonic of steam-jet ejector.Theoretical and numerical results showed that: velocity grad along the axle cause high noise.A perfection design according to FLUENT CFD simulating was done in order to reduce the noise of sound source.The noise was reduced by 14dB in testing site.
