摘要
油溶性铬金属络合染料废水不仅污染负荷较大,而且含有较稳定的铬络合离子,传统的氢氧化物沉淀法去除效率低,出水很难达标。采用两级强化的微电解系统进行预处理,可去除99%以上的总铬。预处理出水接AO生化池处理后,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。
Oil-soluble chrome metal complex dyeing wastewater has high pollutant loading and more stable chrome complex ions. The conventional hydroxide precipitation method has low chrome removal efficiency, and the effluent is difficult to reach the standard. Two-stage enhanced microelectrolysis system was used for the wastewater pretreatment, and the removal rate of the total chrome is above 99%. After AO biochemical treatment, the effluent quality satisfies the first class requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
