摘要
本文主要分析了波齿传动的两个基本参数λ,ξ的取值范围以及它们的大小对传动性能、结构尺寸、强度等方面的影响,并绘制了它们的影响曲线,为更合理地选择λ,ξ提供一些根据。此外,本文还对由于激波器偏心距,波齿半径、激波器几何半径的误差引起的齿形误差进行了分析,并绘制了齿形误差曲线,为用范成法加工固定齿时因刀具磨损引起的齿形误差进行补偿提供参考。
The range of the value choice of the two basic parameters λ and ξ for wave gear transmission and the effects of two parameters on driving property, structure size and strength are analysed. The influence curves are drawn, In addition, the effect of errors of some parameters on the tooth-shape error is analysed, and the error curves of tooth-shape are drawn. A method for compensating, tooth-shape errors which are produced by tool wearing is presented.
