摘要
在分析综合电子信息系统的组成、功能及应用的基础上,以信息保障概率作为系统信息保障能力的度量指标,综合考虑基于雷达探测的信息获取、情报处理、信息传输、指挥控制和信息利用等环节,建立了系统级的、可按需剪裁和扩充的系统信息保障概率模型,分析了影响各环节信息保障能力的主要因素,通过计算对比不同构成要素对系统信息保障概率的影响。研究表明,该模型反映了系统特点,适用于对系统信息保障能力的分析评估。
Based on the composition, function and application of Integrated Electronic Information System, this paper defines new metrics to evaluate the system information delivery capability. Considering different functional subsystems including data collection, information transmission, command & control, dissemination and utilization, we compose a scalable systematic reference model and the corresponding mathematical model. The simulation results demonstrate system's information delivery characteristic, reveal the key impacting elements on system performance. It also proves that these models are applicable for evaluating Integrated Electronic Information System information delivery capability.
