摘要
系统的时间类指标是评价综合电子信息系统作战性能的一项重要指标。结合具体的工程实践,深入探讨了系统态势周期的定义及其数学描述,提出了一种基于统计学理论的测试和评估方法,并介绍了一个典型的态势周期分析评估系统。通过对试验实测数据分析结果和理论计算结果进行对比,验证了该评估方法的有效性。
The index about time is a key measure of Integrated Electronic Information system used to evaluate operational performance. With a specific engineering case, this paper firstly discusses the definition and mathematical model of situation period, and proposes a new test and evaluation method with statistics theory. Then it describes a typical analysis and evaluation system about situation period. Finally, the method is proved to be reasonable by comparing it with tested data and numerical results.
