摘要
目的：研究颈上神经节对内耳缺血时耳蜗血流的调节。方法：用激光多普勒测量颈上神经节切除前后耳蜗血流变化。结果：切除颈上神经节后耳蜗血流和血压均无明显变化。结论：肾上腺素能神经对内耳缺血时耳蜗血流和血压调节作用微弱。
To study superior cervical ganglion control on the cochlear blood flow with vertebrobasilar artery ischemia in guinea pigs. Methods: Using laser Doppler flowmetry to measure thechange of cochlear blood flow on superior cervical ganglion. Results: CBF and blood pressure littlechange on superior cervical ganglion resection. Conclusion: Adrenergic nerve control hardly affectedcochlear ischemia.
