摘要
分析了棉纺生产中产生粘、缠、绕现象的影响因素,包括原棉含糖量、短绒率、含杂率,纺纱过程中棉纤维回潮率的变化和控制,温湿度波动,空气调节工作,罗拉、胶辊、胶圈等纺纱元件的使用等,提出了解决粘、缠、绕问题的思路和具体解决方法。
In this paper are analyzed the factors affecting the causes of fiber sticking, interlacing and wraping in cotton spinning, including the sugar content contained in cotton, short fiber ratio and foreign impurity ratio of cotton, cotton fiber regain changing and controlling as well as temperature and humidity variation, air conditioning and the working conditions of rollers, rubber-covered rolls and aprons in spinning presses.
