摘要 基于分形理论对新型粉末NBR-PVC互穿网络结构进行分析,提出了用分形维数来定量描述共混界面的几何特征;探讨了分形维数与粉末丁腈橡胶粒子分布之间的关系及对制品综合力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着分形维数的增加,粉末丁腈橡胶在PVC基体中的分布更加均匀,所得制品的拉伸强度、硬度都随之降低,而断裂伸长率却随之增加。由此证明了分形维数的确反映了共混界面两相结构的均匀程度。 Based on fractal theory, new powder NBR/PVC IPN was analyzed. The concept that the geometrical features of blend interface could be quantitatively characterized in the form of fractal dimension was proposed. The relationship between fractal dimension and the dispersion quality of powder NBR particle, and its effect on the mechanical properties of products were studied. The results showed that the more fractal dimension, the better the dispersion of powder NBR in PVC matrix, resulted in decrease of tensile strength and hardness, increase of elongation at break, which showed fractal dimension was a reflection of the uniform quality of blend interface.
