造血干细胞移植治疗成人急性淋巴细胞白血病

摘要 成人急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）联合化疗完全缓解（CR）率可达70～90％，但复发率（RR）较高，长期无病生存（DFS）率只有30%左右，远低于儿童ALL的疗效。造血干细胞移植（HSCT）是治疗成人ALL最有效的方法之一，近年来取得了较大的进展。本文拟就HLA匹配同胞供者异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）治疗成人ALL的适应证、影响疗效相关因素、
