摘要
利用压力传感器和高速数字信号采集系统,对燃油加油机工作过程中产生的水击现象进行了研究。研究结果表明:油枪结构对水击现象和由此产生的压力峰值,具有显著的影响作用;缩小油枪喷咀及主阀弹簧刚度可达到降低水击压力峰值的效果。
In this paper, experimental research has been performed on water hammer occurrence during refueling machine operating period by means of a pressure transducer and a digital signal collecting system. It shows that the structure of the oil gun has obvious effects on the water hammer and the pressure peak value hereby. Reducing the stiffness coefficient of the main valve spring of the nozzle in the oil gun would decrease the pressure peak value caused by water hammer.
