葡萄斑叶蝉对新烟碱类药剂吡虫啉抗性初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 葡萄斑叶蝉(Grape leafhopper,Erythroneura apicalisnawa)是威胁新疆特色葡萄产业的重要害虫。研究通过室内试验,对葡萄斑叶蝉对新烟碱类杀虫剂吡虫啉的敏感性进行了生物测定,测定了一遍净(吡虫啉)对新疆吐鲁番市葡萄乡和昌吉市园艺场两个葡萄产区葡萄斑叶蝉的敏感性,结果表明,昌吉市园艺场葡萄斑叶蝉LD50为5.94(0.28-12.76),LD90为74.94(38-857.88);吐鲁番葡萄乡葡萄斑叶蝉LD50为2.114(1.65-10.32),LD90为35.983(27-58.62),新疆葡萄斑叶蝉对吡虫啉属敏感水平。同时,还进行了一遍净对葡萄斑叶蝉的校正防治效果试验,药后1 d,药剂的校正防效不高,为8.68%。药后3 d防效提高,一遍净的防效为31.76%。药后7和14 d试验结果表明,药剂处理的防效与药后3d的防效基本接近,没有显著性改变。药后14 d一遍净的防治效果为32.07%。21 d的药剂防效变化很大,一遍净校正防治效果达69%。 Grape leaflaopper, Erythroneura apicalis nawa, is one of important pests in grape growth area in Xinjiang. The test of correction control effect of imidacloprid has been produced agaist Erythroneura apicalis nawa in 1,3, 7, 14,21d respectively. The biological determination was conducted to find how grape leafhopper is sensitive to anabasine insecticide - imidadoprid in the laboratory. The sensitivity of the grape leafhopper in Grape Village of Turpan city and the two grape productive areas of Changji Horticultural Farm in Xinjiang to imidacloprid was determcned. The result revealed that grape leafthopper' s LD50 from Changji Horticultural Farm was 5.94 (0.28 - 12.76 ), LD90 was 74.94 (38 - 857.88 ) ; Grape leathopper' s LD50 from Turpan Grape Village was 2.114 ( 1.65 - 10.32 ), LD90 was 35. 983 (27 - 58.62 ). Xinjiang Grape leafhopper is sensitive to anabasine insecticide imidacloprid. At the same time, the test of correction control effect on grape leafhopper was made. The control effect after one day was 8.68%. After 3 days, the effect was increased by 31.76%. The test result after 7 and 14 days showed that there was little difference between the two effects: the control effect with insecticide treatment and the control effect after 3 days. There was no significant change between them. The correlation control effect after 14 days was 32.07% ,which reached 69%.
