64排多层螺旋CT与冠脉造影在冠心病介入诊疗应用中的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价64排多层螺旋CT在冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2005年8月-2006年5月共21例经过冠脉造影病人的67支血管分为185个节段,以冠脉造影结果为金标准,将其CT影像与冠脉造影结果进行对比分析。结果:三维重建64排CT血管造影(CTA)诊断冠状动脉病变总的敏感性(Sn)95.5%,特异性(Sp)96.6%,准确度(Ac)96.2%,阳性预测值(+PV)94.1%,阴性预测值(-PV)97.4%。结论:64排多层螺旋CT做为无创的筛查冠心病的手段,其结果可靠,应予推广。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 64 MSCT in diagnose for CAD. Methods:To select 21 patients form Aug 2005 to May 2006, 67 vessels divided into 185 segment,and contrast analyze the results of 64 MSCT and CAG. Results.-As well as CAG is the golden standard, the sensitivity for CAD diagnose was 95.5%, specificity 96.6%, accuracy 96. 2%, positive predictive value 94. 1%, and negative predictive value 97.4%. Conclusion:As the non-intervention diagnoses method in CAD,the results of 64 MSCT was credible and should be popularized.
