摘要
【目的】比较镍钛聚髌器(NT-PC)和AO改良张力带两种不同内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。【方法】手术治疗髌骨骨折82例,A组38例采用NT-PC固定;B组44例AO改良张力带固定。【结果】两种内固定均有良好的固定作用。A、B两组膝关节功能的优良率分别为97.37%、90.91%;膝关节活动度分别为89.47%、81.82%,组间比较差异无显著性。【结论】两种内固定法治疗髌骨骨折具同样效果,术后膝关节功能恢复快,并发症少。
To cornpare the clinical effect of two kinds of interna! fixation methods on the treatment of patella fracture [Methods] 8~2 cases of patella fracture after surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Group A （38 cases） were managed by Ni-Ti patella concentrator fixation. Group B （44 cases） were managed by AO modified tension band fixation. [Results] Two groups had well fixation. The excellent and good rates of the function of knee ioints in group 4 and B were 97.37M and 90. 91 M respectively. The excellent and good rate of ROM in group A and B were 89.47% and 81.82 N respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups. [Conclusion] Both different methods have the same efficiency for treatment of patella fracture , and the function of knee joints have been recovered rapidly, and there are less complications alter surgery.
