摘要
针对废橡胶挤出粉碎过程中温度控制的重要性,提出了以可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心的温控系统,控制回路采用自适应PID算法.对系统的硬件和软件作了较详细的陈述,简单介绍了上位机监控系统(人机界面)的基本功能.本温控系统功能完善、控温精度高、通用性好,而且S7-300PLC、变频器等具有较高的性价比,具有较高的实用价值.
According to the importance of temperature control in the rubbers pulverization process, a temperature control system based on PLC for rubbers extrusion machine is introduced, in which adaptive PID is used in control method. Hardware and software are introduced in detail, while industrial control configuration software＇s introduction is in a nutshell. The temperature control system has high practical value, because it owns complete capability, high accuracy and reliability, and high value-price ratio for S7-300PLC and frequency changer.
