摘要
试验以在科尔沁沙地和盐碱地生长的羊草、芦苇、苔草、扁蓿豆四种多年生牧草为材料,检测其膜质过氧化程度和抗氧化酶活性。结果表明,盐碱地生境对四种牧草的伤害较沙地严重,四种牧草对两种逆境的适应表现是芦苇>羊草>苔草>扁蓿豆。由抗氧化酶活性测定可知,沙生牧草主要通过增强POD酶活性,盐生牧草主要通过增强SOD和CAT酶活性提高其抗氧化能力,四种牧草的抗氧化酶活性之间有明显的差异。
The physiological indexes of peroxided degree of membrane and activities of antioxidant enzymes in four kinds of perennial grasses (such as Leymus chinensis , Phragmites communis, Carex duriuscula, Melilotoides ruthenica) grown in salt-alkaline and sandy land of Herqin were determined . The results showed that: compared to sandy land, saline-alkali land seriously effected development of four kinds of forage grasses. The adaptation of two stresses on four kinds of forage grass was that Phragmites communis〉 Leymus chinensis 〉Carea: duriuscula 〉 Melilotoides ruthenica ; as far as activities of antioxidant enzymes concerned, forage grasses in sandy land mainly enhanced activity of POD to improve their antioxidant ability, but forage grasses in saline-alkali land improved their antioxidant ability through increasing activities of SOD and CAT. And activities of antioxidant enzymes among four kinds of forage grasses had obvious differences.
