摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱法测定AMPS含量和纯度的方法。样品用Zorbax SAX阴离子交换柱为分离柱,0.1mol/L KH2PO4溶液为流动相,检测波长为220nm进行分析。AMPS在进样量0.5~50μg范围内峰面积线性关系良好,回收率为96.0%~103.2%,方法的平均RSD为0.49%(n=6)。该方法可作为常规分析方法。
The quantitative determination of AMPS (2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpmpane Sulfonic Acid) samples was conducted by using the HPLC-DAD methods. A Zorbax SAX column (4.6 mm × 250 mmi. d., 5 tan) and a mobile phase consisting of 0.1 M KH2 PO4 solution were employed with the detection wavelength at 220 nm. The linear relationship was in the range of 0.5 - 50μg and the recoveries were between 96.0% and 103.2% with the relative standard deviation of 0.49% ( n = 6). The HPLC-DAD method is simple and quick. Therefore it can be used as a routine analytical method for the determination of AMPS.
