摘要
以8051F040单片机为核心,利用专用协议芯片SPC3,开发了带PROFIBUS-DP接口的智能氧量分析仪。阐述了智能氧量分析仪总体方案的设计和PROFIBUS-DP通信接口的软硬件设计实现,给出了部分原理图和软件流程图,实验证明该智能氧量分析仪功能完善,操作方便,通讯可靠,达到了预期设计目标。
Taking C8051F040 microprocessor of cygnal company as the core, untilizes the special-pro＇pose protocol chip SPC3 to develop the intellectual oxygen analyzer with PROFIBUS - DP interface. The text introduces the implementation of software and hrdware for the intellectual oxygen analyzer and the communication interface, and provides some circuits and software flow charts, Experiment proved that the protector have perfect function,easy to handle,reliable communication,have reached the anticipated design object.
