摘要
机械系统的动态特性是反映设备运行的重要指标,掌握机械系统的动态参数对于操作人员有着很大的指导意义。系统的动态参数识别经常采用理论模态分析和实验模态分析方法,它们对于机械设备的设计和故障分析具有非常重要的意义。但是,这两种方法分别存在着复杂的数学分析和难以模拟实际机械系统的工作状况的缺陷。本文提出应用时间序列分析方法来识别机械系统的动态参数,正是为了克服前两种分析方法的不足,可以在既不需要太复杂的数学理论知识和设备的具体物理结构信息,也不需要在了解设备的工作激励的情况下,仅仅利用测量获得的响应,就可以计算出机械设备的动态参数,应用实例通过对水轮机叶片振动信号建立ARMA模型,然后利用模型与系统动态参数的关系,可以获得叶片的各阶模态固有频率和阻尼比〔3〕。
The dynamic characteristic of mechanical system is a vital index of response to operation of the mechanical equipment, it is important to master the dynamic parameter of the mechanical system for a operator. The theory modal analysis and the tentative modal analysis are often adopted, which are full of import meaning to design of mechanical equipment and analyze the mechanical failure, but there are their own faults, the former needs the complicated mathematical analysis while the latter is difficult to imitate the actual conditions of mechanical equipment. This thesis presents the method to identify the parameter of mechanical system by time series analysis. This method breaks through the faults of the two methods before, and only after you achieve the response of mechanical system under the condition of unknown stimulant, you can calculate the dynamic parameter.
