摘要
利用二氧化硫的多波长受激发的光学现象,设计双光源多波长激发紫外荧光法的二氧化硫浓度测量系统.阐述了多波长激发紫外荧光的原理和双光路补偿方法,与单色光激发荧光测量方法相比较,具有灵敏度高、分辨力强的特点.通过分别对流量为250mL/min、500mL/min含量二氧化硫样本气体,应用两种方法实测、验证了结论的正确性,并给出了新方法的实验数据和曲线.利用嵌入式系统和Internet,设计了实现网络化监测系统达到了远程监测目的.
Baseed on considering the phenomenon of multi-wavelength excitation, a monitored control system for SO2 concentration with double lights source was designed. The principle of multi-wavelength excitation with double light ways was expounded and it was used as a compensating method to reduce error. To compare it with the monochrome light excitation, this method shows higher sensitivity and finer resolution. Two methods were applied separately to measure the curves of flow velocity 250 mL/min and 450 mL/min to the sulfur dioxide density ,which verified the accuracy of theoretical calculation from the new experimental data and curves of this method. Making use of the embedded system and INTERNER, a network system was designed to attain the perpose of a remote monitored control system for SO2.
