文章挖掘了赏识一词的概念及内涵;分四个层面具体论述了运用赏识理念在创建高校和谐图书馆过程中的重要性;认为赏识理念是创建高校和谐图书馆一剂有效的良药,一个灵验的秘诀。
This paper explores the definition as well as the connotation of the term ＂appreciation＂. It gives a detailed explanation on the significance of adopting appreciation concept in the course of establishing harmonious library in higher learning institutions. And it holds the view that appreciation concept plays an effective role in the construction of harmonious library in higher institutions.
