摘要
在中籼3037初级三体1的后代中发现了一变异株,依据中籼3037减数分裂粗线期的核型分析结果,结合该变异株有丝分裂前中期染色体的特征以及减数分裂粗线期染色体的配对行为,确定该变异株为第1染色体短臂的端三体,定名为T1S。
Aneuploid related to centromere is very important to centromere mapping. In order to obtain these aneuploids, the progeny of Zhongxian 3037 primary trisomics were investigated both in morphology and cytology. A variant was found from the progeny of triplo1. Cytological study at premetaphase of mitosis and pachytene of meiosis verified that the variant had 25 chromosomes in somatic cell and the extrachromosome was a short arm of chromosome 1. So the variant is a telotrisomic of the short arm of chromosome 1 and named T1s.
