摘要
山药(Diosoreasp.)各品种块茎淀粉酶同工酶发现有8种酶带,每品种显现的酶带仅有1~5条。分析38个品种山药块茎,在休眠末期该同工酶酶谱组成有15种(不计分区带)至18种类型(计算分区带),表现山药块茎淀粉酶同工酶具有多型性。在绝大多数山药品种中,该同工酶酶谱组成随块茎贮藏期不同而发生变化,但仍可显示某品种各期特异性的酶谱组成。因此,可根据山药块茎淀粉酶同工酶的多型性特点,以及山药块茎不同贮藏期的特异酶谱组成。
There were 8 types of amylase isozyme bands in the 38 varieties of Diosorea sp. tuber, every variety of Diosorea sp. had only 1~5 types of enzyme bands. The amylase isoenzyme zymogram of the 38 varieties of Diosorea sp. tuber consisted of 15 types (sub-band excluded) to 18 types (sub-band included) during their dormancy stage, Which showed that the amylyse isoenzyme of Diosorea sp. tuber was polymorphous. The constitution of the amylase isoenzyme in most varieties of Diosorea sp. varied with different storage phases. Every variety of Diosorea sp. had its own individual amylase isoenzyme zymogram constitution in different storage phases. The authors suggest that the polymorphism and the individuality (specificity) of the amylase isoenzyme zymogram of Diosorea sp. tubers are the physiological and biochemical basis for identifying varieties of Diosorea sp.
