摘要
分析了新升格本科院校的学生干部队伍建设面临的问题,指出了在建设中需要理清的三个关系,进而提出了新升格本科院校学生干部队伍建设的应对策略。
The article analyzes the trouble on the construction of the Student Cadre in the colleges and universities upgraded newly regular college and points out the three relations which need to deal with during the construction.Further more,it puts forward the strategies of the construction.
