摘要
对SBS改性沥青、70号沥青的性能进行对比检测,着重进行60℃下的动态剪切试验,并以车辙因子G*/sinδ评价不同沥青的抗永久变形能力。根据对70号沥青及SBS改性沥青混合料掺加0.25%博尼维纤维后的试验,对比分析了70号沥青混混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料、掺加纤维的70号沥青混合料和掺加纤维的SBS改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳性、低温抗裂性以及抗老化性能等路用性能。结果表明,SBS改性沥青的车辙因子远高于70号沥青胶结料,而添加博尼维纤维,更能增强沥青的抗永久变形能力;应用SBS改性沥青和博尼维纤维能够大幅提高混合料的高温性能,对其他路用性能也有一定改善。
In this paper, the general performances of the SBS modified asphalt and 70# asphalt ware compared, and the dynamic shear rheometer tests at 60℃ are employed to evaluate the rut-resistance performance of different asphalts in which the G^*/sinδ index is adopted.Then,the laboratory tests ware carried out to investigate the road performance (high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature crack-resistance and anti-agging performance) of AC-16 mixtures with different asphalts and 0.25% Bonifibers.It is indicated that the G^*/sinδ indices of SBS modified asphalt at 50℃ and 60℃ are higher than the 70# asphalt, so the high temperature stability could be improved distinctly using SBS modified asphalt and other road performances can also be enhanced in some degree.
