摘要
目的:探讨排粪造影对便秘的诊断价值。提高对引起便秘原因的认识。方法:对217例有不同程度排便困难的患者行排粪造影检查。观察患者静息(Rest)、提肛(lift)、力排(Defecation)时充盈像和力排后黏膜像,并测量肛直角(ARA)、肛上距(DUAC)、乙耻距(DSPC)、骶直距(DSR)。结果:217例便秘患者除18例患者各项指标正常外,其余199例均有异常。结论:排粪造影是一种简单无创的诊断出口性梗阻便秘的检查方法,通过动静态观察排便的生理过程,为发现便秘的原因提供诊断指标,为肛肠科医生制定治疗方案提供可靠的客观依据,是传统钡剂灌肠和结肠镜不可替代的检查方法。
Objective To explore the diagnose value of constipation defecatography, improve the cognition of constipation cause. Methords Check 217 cases od patients who had difficult of defecation in diffeent degrees. Observe the perweation and defecation image when patients rest, lift, defecation, and measure ARA, DUAC, DSPC, DSR. Results 18 cases of 217 constipation patients index belong to normal, the rest of the other 199 cases index belong abnoImity. Conclusion Through static state observing the.defecate circadian process, defeeatography is a simple method to diagnose out-let opening obstruction constipation without wound. It can provide the diagnose index to find out the cause of constipation, it also helps to offer the the external evidence when the doctor constitutes the treating scheme. It couldn＇t be replaced by the traditional barium sulfate clyster and colonscope.
