摘要
采用国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医血证治疗常规》治疗急性上消化道出血112例，取得了较好疗效，总有效率达94．6％。进行了证和疗效，原发病和疗效，病情程度和疗关系的分析。说明中医血证治疗效常规在临床实践中是切实可行的。
112 cases of acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tractwere treated with routine treatmcnt method for blood syn-drome issued by state administratlve bureau of traditional Chi-nese medicine. A total effective rate of 94. 60% was obtained.The relations of the therapeutic effects to TCM syndromes.the primary discases and the degree of the diseases were anal-ysed. All demonstratc this routine treatment method is practi-cal and effective in climcal application.
