摘要
研究了AGM隔板饱和度对VRLA电池循环寿命的影响。通过对同批5只不同隔板饱和度12V、100Ah(C10=100Ah)电池进行100%DOD循环寿命试验,将AGM隔板饱和度控制在92%~96%之间,会提高电池的循环寿命。隔板饱和度较高的VRLA电池循环寿命较短,主要是由于电池的正极活性物质充电不足所致。
The effect of absorptive glass mat (AGM) separator saturation on the cycle hfe of VRLA battery was studied. The 100% depth of discharge (DOD) cycle hfe experiments of five 12 V, 100 Ah ( C10 = 100 Ah) batteries in the same batch with different saturation of separator were done. When the saturation of the AGM separator was controlled at 92% ~ 96%, the cycle life of battery increased. The main reason of VRLA battery with higher saturation of separator in short cycle life was that the positive active material (PAM) of the battery was undercharge.
