摘要
应用软包装技术,用S-C复合材料作为Li/S电池的正极材料,组装了软包装Li/S电池。性能测试结果表明:120 mA首次放电容量达1700 mAh,比能量达300 Wh/kg;循环50次(100 mA)后的容量保持率约为60%。在0℃和-20℃下的放电容量(100 mA)分别达25℃下放电容量的90%和40%。电池在过充电和短路等滥用条件下,不燃烧、不爆炸。
The soft-package Li/S battery with S-C composite material as cathode material was assembled by applying soft-package technology. The performance test results showed that the initial discharge capacity at 120 mA was 1 700 mAh, the specific energy was 300 Wh/kg, the capacity retention rate ( 100 mA) was about 60% after 50 cycles. The discharge capacity ( 100 mA) at 0 ℃ and - 20 ℃ retained 90% and 40% of that at 25℃. The battery would not burn or explode at overcharge and short circuit.
