摘要
中药银杏叶提取物的主要成分是总黄酮与内脂。我们使用4家药厂制作的3种制剂（含量相等）来治疗冠心病心绞痛，通过观察346例患者服药4周后心绞痛的发作变化，加用相关药物的减停情况，以及心电图ST变化等指标，综合评估银杏叶提取物的临床疗效。结果：其症状总有效率为91．33％，心电图总有效率为73．99％，未见毒副反应。说明银杏叶提取物对心绞痛有良效。
We applied three kinds of preparations of folium ginkgo cxtracts produccd by four pharmaccutical factorics to trcat 346 cases of angina pectoris of CHD. Their therapeutic effects were evaluated 4 weeks after treatment. The results showed that the total effective rate is 91. 33%,ECG improvement rate is 73. 99%. No side effects were found in the treatment.
